As I am catching up with Black Mirror (we are still in the middle of Season 4), I have to share this song from the episode we watched yesterday. It was a good callback to one of the first episodes, Fifteen Million Merits. Enjoy!

You can’t go wrong with some of the now popular themes from our favourite Marvel movies! This is a great compilation!
Credits to David Artiss for his hard work putting this compilation together!
I am watching Legion again, and I really liked that track; it’s a great remix of a great song.
In fact, I will most likely be listening to most of the sountrack from season 2 in the next few days. 🙂
Enjoy!
I guess I’m a fan of Ramin Djawadi :)
I posted about his work with the Westworld soundtrack a few weeks ago, and discovered today that he also works on the soundtracks for Game of Thrones. I’m really enjoying this specific song today:
I wish I would have found out about this months ago. Maybe I would have had the chance to attend his Game of Thrones Live Experience concert that was here in Budapest just a few days ago. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Now when do we get some first trailers about the next season of Game of Thrones? :)
Today’s “On Repeat” song is brought to you by Lili! She liked “the people clapping”, and the overall rhythm. :) Enjoy!
I really enjoyed watching the first season of Westworld last year: it was original, well acted, full of suspense, photography was great, … And the soundtrack was great. There were some great original piano pieces; the main theme gives me goosebumps. The composer Ramin Djawadi also chose to cover popular songs from Radiohead, Soundgarden, or The Rolling Stones, and those were great.
It looks like this will continue in Season 2: the trailer used a beautiful cover of Nirvana’s Heart-Shaped Box that gives me goosebumps too!
Enjoy!
I just learned that Dolores O’Riordan, singer of The Cranberries, just passed away. It’s such a big part of my childhood: I discovered music with them, it was the first CD I got when I bought my first hi-fi. I think I’ll be listening to them quite a bit in the next few days.
My wife and I discovered Kraak & Smaak about 10 years ago and loved it. So when we learnt that they would be in Budapest at Akvárium Klub, we had to be there!
The whole set was great, but I really liked their take on I Feel Love by Donna Summer. Since it turns out they had already played this the last time they were in Budapest, you can enjoy it too! :)
I think this would qualify as trip-hop? I love it. Wax tailor has been one of my go-to artists for a long time; whenever I want to get stuff done, it’s the best stuff to listen to.
The Games You Play is just one song though: I strongly recommend that you listen to more songs from him!
